Growing up in a family that loves food, Chef Amelia finds herself wanting to create food that her clients will love, inspiring her to take recipes to the next level. With years of professional experience in the kitchen, Amelia decided to start Catered By Payne in 2017 to bring family-style meals to anyone in need. She invents food recipes with a hint of Caribbean flavors that bring her back to her childhood.
When she’s not in the kitchen cooking or teaching, you’ll find her spending time with her family, working out, or just taking a day to relax and unwind.
